Can’t comment on the food as we only stopped in for a drink whilst cove hopping along the coast. Really cool set up and it looked really popular with locals and tourists. The views are great and there was a good selection of drinks. Didn’t spend any time inside, but it looked like a decent spot with plenty of dining space and a pool table near the bar. Over the years Cornwall has seen more and more beach side bar’s pop up, and this is a great example of one. Will go again when next in Cornwall.

Having experienced the previous incarnation of this place as the Sandbar it was so nice to see the changes and upgrades you fin din the Welloe. The online booking service didn't send us a confirmation of our booking but it was there so just make sure you are booked in! Staff were lovely and accommodating, we had a visually impaired person in our group and they made sure we had everything we needed. One thing to watch out for as this is a dog friendly place, there maybe dogs strewn around the floor.. we have to detour round a rather large German shepherd and a huge golden doodle on the way to our table! But it was fine.. Make sure to ask for a sea view at your table as those are limited, we didn't make it this time but have enjoyed it in the past, especially on stormy days! The food was delicious, we tried the pizza and the fish and chips and both were excellent, generous and really tasty. The drinks were cold and from major brands and the waiter stopped by a few times to check we had what we needed and food was good.. So if you are looking for a good night out with great food and ambience right by the seaside that is casual and dog friendly then this might be the place for you..

We were starving after a long walk along the South West Coast Path. A window table with a view of the beach and surfers was great. Service was quick and friendly. Amenities were clean and plentiful. Generous serve of seafood chowder with heaps of mussels. Coffee was excellent. A lovely experience, thank you team Welloe’s.

You really must try this place if you’re visiting Praa Sands! Some of the best food we’ve had in Cornwall, especially the crab nachos, fish and chips, and the hot honey pizza. Lovely views of the sea, dog friendly, and a great outdoor seating area too where we had cocktails. If I had to nitpick, the service was a little slow, but when you have such great views with no rush to leave, we didn’t really mind.

Our first visit today and we will definitely return! Great staff ,made to feel very welcome. Great food and service! Not to mention great views!

Everything about this place is perfect, we had a family trip to the beach and then had food and drinks here. The Mexican chicken burger is unreal! The kids burger was a great portion and the goats cheese salad was also incredible. They do great coffee and the service was impeccable.

A quaint place to grab some food and a drink. There is an excellent view out over the bay, with both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a paid car park at the back which costs 3 for an all day space. Both drinks and food were served very quickly and the staff had a welcoming attitude. The Welloe is a lovely place and well worth visiting if you're in the area.

We've visited multiple times and we've never been disappointed. The team are hard working and the food is fantastic. A great range of drinks and a stunning view! Highly recommend if you like to dine by the sea.
